Request deletion of your VaultX Wealth account and associated data
You have the right to request deletion of your VaultX Wealth account and all associated data at any time. This includes users who signed in using Facebook Login, Google, Apple, or other OAuth providers.
When you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information from our active systems. This process is permanent and cannot be undone.
When you request account deletion, we will remove the following data:
Note about backups: We may retain data in backups and logs for a limited period (typically up to 90 days) for security, legal, and operational purposes. However, this data is not used for active processing and will be permanently deleted when backups expire.
There are two ways to request account deletion:
Send an email to contact@vaultxwealth.com with:
Example: “Please delete my account and all associated data. My account email is: your@email.com”
We are working on adding a “Delete Account” button in your account settings. Once available, you will be able to delete your account directly from the app. Check your Settings page for this option.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your request.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account deletion has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days, please follow up with us at contact@vaultxwealth.com.
If you logged in using Facebook Login, you may also request deletion through Facebook’s settings page for VaultX Wealth. To do this:
We will process deletion requests received through Facebook in the same way as email requests. All VaultX Wealth data associated with your account will be deleted as described above.
After your account is deleted:
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to delete your account before submitting a request.
