All user data is protected by Supabase’s Row Level Security policies. This means users can only access their own data. Even if someone gains access to the database, they cannot see or modify other users’ information.
We don’t store sensitive financial information like bank account numbers, credit card details, private keys, or wallet addresses. We only store basic profile information, learning progress, and user-generated content (bookmarks, notes, journal entries).
VaultX Wealth does not connect to any trading platforms, exchanges, or wallets. We cannot execute trades, access your funds, or interact with your crypto wallets. We are a read-only educational platform.
All API keys and secrets are stored securely in environment variables and never exposed to the client. Server-side API routes handle all external API calls with proper rate limiting and security measures.
VaultX Wealth uses AI as a research copilot to help you understand complex information, not as a signal generator or auto-trader.
AI as a Research Copilot: Our AI tools help summarize news articles, answer questions about markets and crypto, and provide context for complex topics. They are designed to save you time and help you understand information more quickly.

Imperfect by Design: AI responses can be imperfect, outdated, or contain errors. We use AI models trained on data up to December 2023, supplemented with real-time data when available. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
No Auto-Trading: VaultX Wealth does not use AI to execute trades, manage portfolios, or make financial decisions on your behalf. We are a read-only educational platform.

No Wallet Connection Required: You can use all educational and research features without connecting a crypto wallet. We currently don’t require wallet connections for accessing content, tools, or learning materials.
Respectful Data Handling: User data (like email addresses) is handled respectfully and only used for communication and product improvement. We don’t sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
